I also get only vegetarian meals and saw some of my favs in here!! Btw, how was the chickpea Caesar? I’m curious about it but for me a salad is lunch not dinner

We usually get 2-3 vegetarian meals a week out of the 5 meals we get. I often find them way more flavorful and delicious.

That Greek Spaghetti was amazing!! I was not expecting to like it but just wow…I hate feta so I eliminated it but the only things I would’ve added were some diced cucumbers and kalamata olives.

I commented this on another thread a couple days ago, but the zucchini/tomato flatbread is 1 of my top 2 favorites. Second being the lemon Brussel sprout spaghetti. With the flatbread, when we recreate it, we use naan, and I qtr the zucchini to create more of a complete layer. I also toss the tomato into the pan with the zucchini for a few minutes before putting into oven. So so good!
