Old British school dessert posted recently (along with the butterscotch tart recipe).
Lovely tart: short crust, raspberry jam, banana (see comment), rich yolk custard, coconut. I used a different recipe, see comments.
Big hit! Made it for some British friends who had it in school.
Pics aren’t great….but the tart was!
