Can you describe the dish? I’m unfamiliar.

»Carne tlayuda is a traditional Mexican dish originating from Oaxaca. It typically consists of a large, crispy tortilla (called a tlayuda) topped with refried beans, cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and grilled meat (such as beef or pork). The tortilla is then folded in half and grilled until the cheese is melted and the toppings are warm. It is a delicious and filling meal that is popular throughout Mexico and is often enjoyed with a cold beer or refreshing agua fresca.«

These babies are fucking spicy in Oaxaca. Love them but your mouth burns afterwards for hours. And the pickled onions and crema for relief- oh no, that’s spicy onions and white hot sauce.
