How did I make this? I baked the potatoes first in the oven for about 35 minutes. Turned down the heat a bit, then placed on baking tray the chicken strips and cooked on each side 10 to 12 minutes
I cooked the carrots and then added the peas in water. The potatoes were cooked and took them out while strips cooked. Put them a side to cool a little.
Drained all the water out, then opened up turkey gravy and put in the carrots & peas. With the potatoes, I peeled the skins off and then added them to the gravy.
The chicken strips I timed them and flipped them over.
Nice for dinner or if you are hungry for lunch? Use any kind of gravy or make your own from leftover pan drippings.
