    Figured I’d share a FDOE. Some stats on me — 35/F 5’1 and currently 160.2 lbs. I eat around 1300 and then have 2 flex days where i eat up to 1600 for a good weekly average of around 1400.

    App used to take pics is called See How You Eat.

    Here’s what I ate yesterday:

    Breakfast – 388 cals – cold brew protein shake + Kodiak protein blueberry muffin –

    * Great Value cold brew concentrate
    * Fairlife chocolate shake
    * Coffee-Mate sugar free hazelnut creamer
    * Kodiak blueberry muffin i made using their packaged muffin mix

    Lunch – 322 cals – [Jalapeño Spinach and Artichoke Pasta Meal Prep](https://www.reddit.com/r/1200isplenty/comments/13o8f38/jalape%C3%B1o_spinach_and_artichoke_pasta_meal_prep/) – I posted the recipe the other day.

    Snacks/Drinks – 314 cals –

    * Bomb Pop – 40 cals
    * Monster Mango Ultra – 10 cals
    * Great Value Honey Mustard Preztel Twists – 110 cals
    * 97 grams Envy Apple – 50 cals
    * 2 Hershey Kisses – 44 cals
    * 15 grams Wintergreen Pink Candies – 60 cals

    Dinner – 255 cals – Spaghetti
