
Are rewards like this just automatically applied to your box once activated? I activated this reward and added a premium option for my May 29th box. On my end it doesn’t look like the $15 was applied. I am wondering if HelloFresh applies it once processed? Wondering if anyone could help me with this? Thank you!

I had to contact support to get mine
For the most recent premium reward, it was automatically applied (I’m in the US). I’ve had trouble in the past getting it to automatically applied and have had to contact support
I tried to use one for a free premium meal, and it didn’t apply. I was told that I couldn’t use it on 4 servings, only 2, so it must not have applied because of that. I don’t think that’s true, but it may have been because I had referral credits discounting the box greatly already.
They did give me a $15 credit for the “inconvenience” of not being able to use the reward I earned.
