I’ve seen a few threads about how in American HF if a recipe calls for 1 clove, you get 1 clove in the bag… in the UK we get the whole bulb, so I have a little garlic family living in my fridge.

I usually just use a jar of minced garlic for whatever I cook outside of HF, because the smell of raw garlic makes me feel nauseous… but I think I’ll have to ditch that to make my way through these.
