Confused by TDEE and not sure what to eat on the days I’m active vs the days I’m not (more below)

    I usually walk or run 3x a week, generally aiming for a 5k run twice a week and a longer run (7-9k) once a week. I also walk on top of this. My job isn’t super active but I do about 2000-5000 steps at work.

    I have been averaging about 1500 cals a week but still losing weight and I don’t want to lose more. I try to eat 1600-1700 when I exercise but doesn’t always happen.
