Hi! I am currently in Songdo Beach, Busan with my mom. This is our first time in Korea and we don’t speak any Korean unfortunately. For food we’ve mostly been walking into shops and ordering via menu pictures and sometimes Papago translate. I ordered what I thought was going to be two sets of steamed scallops/clams but we were brought small crabs instead. I am an adventurous eater and didn’t mind, but now I am curious as to what kind of crab we ate was and why it was so cheap (only 38,000 won). Any input from anyone helps! My mom is a little worried since she didn’t realize it was raw haha. I personally thought it was a tasty and interesting experience.

Looks like 간장게장 to me.
I lived in Korea for a while and I wouldn’t have considered ₩38000 cheap, haha.
Glad you enjoyed it! If you’re still in Busan, I’d recommend going down to 광안리 beach. I know lots of folks prefer 해운대 but we always enjoyed the vibe at 광안리 more.
