5 day lacto ferment – habanero, mango, garlic, ginger, onion and vinegar.

Used the brine to brine some fried chicken, amazing together. Incredibly spicy.

    That looks amazing!! Try rough chopping the peppers and mix them with honey, rum, brown sugar and basil. Bake them for a bit and then process and add the liquid. Brings out flavors that are just insane.

    Found a recipe long ago online that had this process and it has stuck with me ever since.
