Flavor on this one was pretty good, but the portion size felt small. Maybe it’s because the veggies they sent me were on the small side, but it really could have used some rice or heartier vegetables.

I’m having this on Sunday. Since I’m not going to use the onion, adding some rice sounds like a good idea (plus adding a carrot or two)
