1. Add all the ingredients to a 5quart (or bigger) slow cooker. 2. Give a good stir, cover with the lid and cook on high for 6 hours. 3. Depending how creamy you like your red beans, you can mash some of the beans against the side of the pot, to add creaminess. 4. Serve over rice.
