Not their best burger but still delicious. Lots of salt, pepper and cheese. I think it could have used some tangy sauce to cut through the richness. Fries were perfect as usual.

So… a cheeseburger? Not sure how cacio e pepe makes sense on a burger since both cheese and pepper are like basic burger ingredients.

My dad got one yesterday from the topanga locations and he said it was disappointing with a dry almost hard bun.
