Only at 677 cal today but I feel stuffed and dont have an appetite which is unusual for me. Also, nothing sounds good to eat.
I swam for an hour splitting between freestyle and backstroke, but logged it as 40 min in the app as after 2 laps I took 10-20 second rest periods.
Can excercise suppress your appetite?

I say eat more. Maybe you’re not feeling hungry, but your body still needs energy to function properly. A calorie deficit is important for weight loss, but the goal shouldn’t be to eat as little as possible.
