Seared the ribs in a hot pan, then put it in the pot with a bed of potatoes, carrots and a couple little corn cobs, seasoned with adobo, salt, pepper, cumin and a bit of MSG.
Even so, considering it’s my first time I have a couple doubts:
1) Is 8 hours in low okay for them?
2) Is the water amount okay? I poured almost to veggies level.
3) Is the order okay? I mean, veggies and then ribs.

Some extra info: I’m aiming for more of a stew favor profile and those are beef ribs cut in ridiculously small pieces
