Hello,

I was looking into a way to add a griddle to my setup. I’ve got a 25″ natural gas Blaze model ([seen here](https://www.bbqguys.com/blaze/prelude-lbm-25-inch-3-burner-built-in-natural-gas-grill-blz-3lbm-ng)) and I was trying to avoid buying a standalone unit like a Blackstone.
There are Blaze-branded plates that you can buy that sit on-top of the grill (they’re expensive though), as well as other brands like lodge, but I wondered if they’ll truly get and stay hot enough and if, alternatively, there were griddle plates I could buy that would replace the grill grates and sit lower/closer to the flame.

Thanks in advance for any advice!
