Dang I think I’m the only one who doesn’t get the love for prime pizza. Maybe it’s just a matter of preference. My wife loves it, I’m not trying to get in a fight over pizza, so I just smile and fake it.

The first year they opened was tremendous. They had this crazy multi mushroom pie by the slice

Do they sell Detroit style pizza?

Tried Prime Pizza yesterday thanks to this sub’s rec on the ranch post. It was fire and the ranch was proper. Big ranch guy so glad I could buy it by the bottle.

Prime’s grandma pizza reminds me of getting pizza with my dad and brother growing up. It just takes me back and for that I’m a huge fan. I’ll say that U Street Pizza’s white pie does the same thing.

They are excellent. Don’t sleep on their wings either – slightly non traditional but some of the best I’ve had in LA and a nice heat to them. They did a nice job with their sauce for them. One of the few times I’ll have some ranch because their ranch is so good.

Prime has the absolute best gluten free pizza. It’s so damn good.

That square slice blows Prince Street out of the water imo

Prime Pizza is legit. As is Prince Street

Prime is great if you can get it in time. Last time we ordered through Postmates and it took an hour to get to us, cold. We live 15 minutes from them.
Cold pizza sucks ass, even if it is from an awesome place. I don’t care what anyone says.
I guess what I’m trying to say is beware ordering through Postmates.

This is the way.

Now try Gorilla Pies. IMO better than Prime pretty convincingly except for Prime’s ranch..

Overrated. I was vividly disappointed by Prime. Prince Street Pizza’s Spicy Vodka, on the other hand, is amazing. The only thing I cannot sfand about Prince Street is their obsession with pepperoni. I would love a simple mushroom and sausage option at Prince Street.

Their white pizza slice & spicy pepperoni slice are both very good!

I’m a big Prime fan, but I have a serious question. Why does their west la location smell like death in the morning? What do pizzerias cook in the am that smells bad? This is a very distinct smell I’m speaking of.

I’ve had the DTLA and the West Hollywood Prime pizza and LOVED IT. The square/rectangular pizza to be specific. They have this flavor that is addictive. I’m kicking myself for not asking for some ranch on the side. Definitely next time.

The sicilian add pepperoni is our go to order when we aren’t in the mood for a basic circle pepperoni pizza.
The wings (get them extra crispy) might be the some of the best in the city right now.
WheelJack83
Their whole pies are pricey but I like to stop in for slices now and again.

Just had this an hour ago! Whoa. Amazing. Snagged a couple grandma slices and was pleasantly surprised. I might even like it more than Dtown which would have been blasphemous a month ago.
