Pad thai is in Bangkok. Just the best I’ve ever had. Tried a bunch of versions from Michelin stars to other street vendors but nothing compares to this humble stall

Can you explain what makes this one better? The ingredients they use? The quality of the food? The portion they serve? How does the taste different from the other ones?

Well, the secret ingredient is probably unicorn tears. But don’t worry, it’s worth the quest to find this stall.

Also, you must try Tom Kha.

I’m pretty sure when eating in Thailand the bigger the restaurant the more it’s for tourists. The corner restaurant with 20 open tables is okay but the food cart out front with an older lady who makes one noodle dish all day is the best you’ll ever have. Follow the locals!

Well, I think the secret ingredient is love. Or MSG. Either way, it’s delicious.

Drunken noodles (pad kee mao) > pad thai just saying.
