    Recipe in grams:

    – 200 cream
    – 300 milk
    – 100 Pistachio paste
    – 102 honey
    – 50 Corn syrup
    – 14 malt powder
    – 50 grams milk powder
    – 1/2 tsp salt

    Combine everything, heat to dissolve sugars and honey, immersion blend well. Chill and churn.

    Mix-Ins:
    – Honey cookie chunks (Preppy Kitchen recipe)
    – Blueberry swirl (215 grams blueberries, 85 grams sugar, 50 grams corn syrup, 1/4 tsp salt, half a lemon. Combine all this in a pot and set on high heat. Reduce mixture by 100 grams before chilling.)
