Tomato plant really cranking right now.. gonna have 30-40 ripe tomatoes. Will use pint jars, maybe some half pint. Hit them with a giant torch to burn the skins, scrape out seeds, dice and pack with some tomato juice to top off the jars. (With lemon juice, maybe a pinch of salt).
