Finally checked out Daiboku. Main thoughts? the Chicken Shoyu ramen is really good. Photos made it look kinda small but the bowl felt the same size/larger than the Sazan portions. The kosho adds a nice citrus flavor to it. The Jiro one was too heavy for me and not a fan of the thick noodles but i think that’s a personal issue. Wings were under fried and still soggy, seems different than the ones at Sazan. Chicken furikake was good! 0 wait and customers around 4 pm today.
