The popular Melrose place is now in Grand Central Market and there was no line, yesterday! I got the Uncle Nikki and it was delicious! Are half of it before remembering to take a pic.

This place is decent. I’d go again if I was nearby and hungry, but the bread isn’t my favorite. It’s sort of gummy and bland once you get past the crunch layer. Still a solid 8 if you’re on Melrose.

Hands down the best sandwich in LA, best sandwich I’ve had in general. The Melrose does things to me

How does it compare to Ike’s, love their Dutch crunch.

Overrated tbh – I just go down the block to ‘all about the bread’

Looks exactly like the sandwiches I used to get from Safeway in SF. Yes, they were good, and yes, I am being shady.
