Not a big fan of this one. The amount of tomato sauce seems overwhelming, but also necessary to keep the chicken from getting dry. I know it’s not a crock pot recipe but if I were going to do something like this and eat all of that bread anyway, I’d go the more traditional chicken parm route. Bread and fry some chicken filets, little sauce on top with some parm or provolone melted over top.
