So to start off, I cut up chicken breast tenderloin and cut out all the fat I possibly can. Season it with garlic powder, onion powder, some salt, pepper, that good stuff. After it’s all ground up and yummy, I put one tablespoon of yellow mustard. **So each patty comes out to 57 calories**.

Next, I get 1 cup of cornflakes, mush it up super well and it adds about **12 calories** to each patty when coated both sides.

I personally use Martin’s Mini Potato Rolls because each roll is **130 calories**, I don’t want to do keto buns. No thanks. Maybe one day.

I put the patties in an air fryer at 390 degrees for 10 mins.

I coat both sides of the roll with 1 tbsp total of light mayo which is about **35 calories**.

I personally prefer to top it off with some pickles!!!

When I meal prep I just freeze the patties, the rest of the steps is easy to do the day of.

    How many ounces of chicken is in each patty? 3 ounces of chicken is around 130 calories and that is not much chicken. Its about the size of a deck of playing cards.
