    Let’s give it a try!

    Ingredients:

    200g cream cheese (softened at room temperature)

    100g fine granulated sugar

    1/4 vanilla pod

    1/2 Tonka bean

    100g whipped cream

    50g white chocolate

    180g sour cream

    50g Greek yogurt

    2 whole eggs (approximately 120g)

    9g lemon juice

    20g cornstarch

    Pan size: 21x8x6cm

    Baking temperature:

    1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 25 minutes on the middle rack.

    2. Reduce the oven temperature to 150°C and bake for an additional 20 minutes on the middle rack.

    3. Move the cake to the upper rack and switch to the top heat only. Bake at 220°C for 2-4 minutes until the surface of the cake is nicely browned.
