  1. ์‚ผ๊ฒน์‚ด (samgyeopsal/pork belly), ๋ถˆ๊ณ ๊ธฐ (bulgogi/marinated beef), ์Œˆ๋ฌด (ssam-mu/pickled radish), ์Œˆ์žฅ (ssamjang/Korean bbq sauce), sesame oil with salt and pepper, onions lightly pickled in soy and vinegar. Lettuce, and ๊นป์žŽ (kkaenip/perilla or shiso leaves). Oh, and rice!

    I love when kkaenip is in season.
