I recently upgraded from my Rancilio Silvia (fully stock) to this beauty, an old ECM Barista. It’s a HX so has its quirks, but I’m really enjoying it. The steam power is incredible, still getting used to it!
For a grinder I’ve got the DF83, all stock for now. Previously I’ve had the Niche Zero and Eureka Mignon Specialita. The DF83 is a little bit fussy and inconsistent at times, but when the stars align it makes a mean cup of coffee!
