The taters are the most appealing part of this presentation. The beef looks terrible and in my opinion a perfectly cooked steak should not be hidden by the salad. And anytime a knife is needed to cut an entree…I don’t think a wooden “plate” works. For a variety of reasons.

They obviously over-boiled that steak.
Eat it.
