These were both SO good but the lemon mace rounds were my favorite. For ‘salad oil’ I used olive oil- when I tasted the dough I nearly threw it out but thankfully when they were baked the bitterness totally went away and they became addictive! I brought them to visit my fiancés family and they were a hit with all of them as well.
