This was very tasty. I thought the mushroom sauce would be more like a gravy but it’s quite thin. Still super tasty. I changed it up a bit and cooked the green beans between the meatloaves instead of having them each on their own side and I think the green beans really benefited from the meat juice. I would definitely eat this again.
I forgot to sprinkle the scallions at the end. Oh well.
