Very low calorie dill pickle dressing/dip! LoseIt says it’s 12 cals per tablespoon, but I’m counting it as 20 because that seems too good to be true (even though I entered everything myself). Recipe in comments.

    Dill pickle dressing/dip

    1/3 cup each: fat free Greek yogurt, Hellman’s light mayo (35 cal per tablespoon), chopped dill pickles or dill relish, dill pickle brine (read instructions!)

    1 teaspoon each: yellow mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley flakes, dried dill

    Mix everything except pickle brine. Mix in brine until it reaches the desired consistency – thinner for dip, thinner for dressing.
