Breakfast:

Small apple half – 25
Eggs no oil – 140

Dinner:
Pasta – 300
Turkey Meatballs – 200
Sauce – 100
Broccoli – 75
Parmesan – 25

I fast until 12pm where I do breakfast/lunch, then eat dinner around 6-7pm
