A relatively new Detroit style pizza spot opened in Pasadena that we finally made our way to. Very pleasantly surprised. The total for both was about $45, but they were hefty pizzas. I was starving but couldn’t put down more than 3. The crust had a good crisp and there was the right amount of sauce (I think some places overdo it). We got a sausage and onion and our friends got jalapeño. The sausage had smaller pieces, which I kind of liked, and the onions were sliced thinner than usual, but kept the snap. Definitely will be back.

this place is amazing and the classic standard or pepperoni 4-slice is only $11! pound for pound it could be the best detroit style pizza in LA, if you factor in price.

Can concur, it is yummy in the tummy. I turn it into 4 meals.

Added perk: they’re across the street from the Regent Academy movie theater: $5.50 matinees, $7.50 evenings.
