Fire concept πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ (no pun intended). Meat and fish, fire cooked. It was so good. We had the crudo, shrimp scampi, beef ribeye and beef fat potatoes. Our waitress overheard we wanted the chili releno and added it to our order for free. Underrated new restaurant – go try it out!

Went as well. I got the same thing. Very well cooked with great flavor.

For anyone going, I cannot stress enough that you MUST try the yuca tots for a side! Everyone at my table agreed that it was probably the best dish on the menu.

I’ve had the rib eye, pork chop, chicken (unexpectedly amazing too), and one of the fish dishes. All very very good.

I went a couple of months ago. The server acted like Mr.Knowitall and not even smile with us once. The ribeye is meh , shrimp scampi is ok, crudo is good , beef fat potatoes is ok, pork chop is meh. Med restaurant and overpriced

Is this what new Austin likes? Just give me some P. Terry’s and I’m set.

My favorite item at Ember is also the cheapest.
$4 for grilled flatbreads pieces that come with two mole dipping sauces! I could eat that with a cocktail all night.

  7. Thank you for posting this. I’m always looking for recommendations for restaurants like this. Food looks bomb!

Personally I think this place is inconsistent, offers poor service and is lacking a cohesive concept. The rating on Google is inflated because the servers constantly ask customers to write good reviews
