They said you only need a little of the roux and just add water as outlined in the recipe card. They said you can save the rest of the roux in the refrigerator, not the freezer. I’m not sure how large the packets of concentrate are but I imagine you just take the same amount that’s in the packet.

ive never thought of reaching out to hello fresh for their prepackaged spice/liquid ingredient mixes. The fry seasoning is so good for burgers and fries ive tried to look it up but havent found a solid 1:1
