To be fair that looks ok. They’ll stay crisp like that and are easy to dip in the sauce and eat.

What gets me here isn’t the lack of plate, but rather that there are specific holes in the cutting board for the skewers, and no spare holes, which leaves me with the knowledge that they serve crumbed prawns in sevens, which is just weird.
