My grandparents used to give me these candies. I’ve seen them in China, though never here, even though at the time my grandparents lived here, so I assume they got them locally. (They have died unfortunately or I would ask them.) Has anyone seen them in downtown Toronto? I’ve checked T&T, various shops in Chinatown, Nations.

I found them on Amazon, but they are $22 and my first gen soul just can’t bring myself to pay that much!

If they are a rare food shipped in from China, you’re not gonna find it in a store for $5. Just pay the $22. You’ve spent more than that on gas looking for it.

It’s not downtown but the T&T at Warden & Steeles definitely has these. I’m surprised the downtown T&T doesn’t. I’ve also seen these in other grocery stores in North York like Sunny.
