This is my first post so I hope this is allowed.
This is one of my favourite winter meals and it’s so cheap and easy.
The ramen base is really simple just hot water, half a stock cube per bowl and soy sauce to taste.
The veggies can be anything you have just boiled. I used broccolini, frozen peas and corn.
The toppings can also get changed up my rule of thumb is a protein (in this case and egg) and something leafy (in this case kimchi)
I also like a soft boiled egg and steamed Pak choi.
For the ramen, you are able to pick up big packs for really cheap.
