25 grams of vital wheat gluten (or 1/4 cup)
1/4 cup water
1 tsp corn starch or tapioca
1/2 tsp of baking powder
seasoning of choice
mix al the ingredients until dough and air fry for 15-20 minutes at 180 celsius (350F)
for extra flavour roll the dough in a seasoning or seed mixture before baking
(texture in chewier than regular bread and flavour is slightly seitan-like, but i’m a fan!)
