Any tips on how to get these stains off the slow cooker burner? I’m not sure how they appeared?

I wouldn’t bother. These look like normal wear and tear. If you get something that somehow bubbles over and gets on the burner, a simple damp paper towel will usually take care of it.

Looks like water droplets from the lid managed to weasel their way down there I suggest a Mr clean magic eraser (actually I suggest a store or off brand of that.) With a little bit of baking soda.

Character marks. Like laugh lines or stretch marks. They all tell a story.

You might ask for people to post pictures of their heating plates. I think you would be surprised to find that unless they are brand new, they are not pristine. I never even look at mine, honestly.
