  1. I love Italy and one thing I love most is the pasticceria, rosticceria, bars etc and how the food is so good and also so reasonably priced and I’m looking to try and bring this to the UK.

There’s many things I’m planning to incorporate which I love about these businesses in Italy ie cheap espresso, cheap spritz, free snacks when drinks are bought, glasses of water with your espresso etc.

I’m here looking for advice, dos & donts, recommendations that can help me start making this a reality.

The sandwich in the picture is Capocollo di Martina Franca, Mozzarella & Pomodorini Freschi Conditi (olio, sale, oregano) and it was delicious, exactly the sort of thing I’m trying to bring to the UK.

Where would you get ingredients, will you import everything from Italy? Trying to make it cheap in the UK while sourcing all those ingredients could be hard, and what about the bread, do you know how to make it fresh yourself to a high level of quality?
