    I’m not sure I nailed the recipe but enjoyed the dish. I used bacon for the fatty pork, and think I used more tofu than it called for. It said a 4oz block, but the blocks at the store are 14oz, and the first tofu pic looked to have more than 4 oz, so I thought it might be a typo. I’d maybe add a bit more broth and salt if I made it again, although I did bump the seasoning up to 3/4tsp. A side of soy for dipping helped out.
