   Doing a pop up at Ramen 512 serving tsukemen this weekend. I expect it will probably sell out saturday. Noodles from scratch and the closest thing you’ll get to authentic Tsukemen in Texas. I’ll be making Ube cookies.

   So this is at Ramen 512? Is it Thursday or Saturday? Does Ramen 512 not usually sell Tsukemen?
