Shock: Spartan Pizza has randomly closed on East 6th St. I walked past and it looked dead on a Friday. They closed their online ordering and Yelp has declared it as closed too.

Looking at their Google-cached menu (their “Website Expired” but they still had 3 months left on the domain name), it doesn’t look like a 4 $$$$ menu, the highest yelp category. Did it suck? Or just Austin pizza saturation?

The north Austin location closed seemingly without warning not so long ago, too.
