Homemade kimchi from cabbages that I grew in my garden (as well as all the other veggies). Pro tip: the cabbages had a lot of bugs and required a lot of cleaning. Worth it in the end as the kimchi was among the best I’ve ever had including while in Seoul.

  1. Looks awesome. I’m waiting on my Shiso plants to get a bit bigger to start using the leaves….

    Might have to try this with them when they are ready. We normally use the leaves for quick pork dumplings….nom nom nom….
