For the sauce, I doubled the recipe, used Classico jarred alfredo, filled the jar halfway with beef broth, winged the seasonings and lemon juice, didn’t use butter (and subbed out the garlic for garlic powder), and used a full bag of fat-free mozzarella cheese. Made ten 1/3 cup servings at only 68 calories each. And it was delicious
