Got some breaks filets. Last night I hit them with some Kinders Thai BBQ sauce, teriyaki marinade, some parsley and some poultry seasoning bought from a local farm stand. I let that sit in the fridge overnight.

This morning, I out it in the slow cooker, added some teriyaki sauce, some chicken bullion and some paprika. Let it cook on high for five hours, then added fresh broccoli florets and slices of yellow bell pepper, then let it cook another hour. It was awesome.

Slow cooking has…heh…slowly become a passion for me. From beef stew, to chicken soup, to cocktail hotdogs to this. I saw a shrimp scampi recipe online I might try soon too.
