Made this for tea tonight. Roasted veg is onions, peppers, courgette and tomatoes cooked with some tomato puree and balsamic vinegar. Cod goes on top for the last 15 minutes while the garlic bread cooked.

1) Colour?
2) Vegetables?
3) Unbattered Fish?
I Mean this looks NICE, it’s just not on.
