Grew up in the IE and now live in the west side of the Valley. On the quest for an IE-style bean and cheese burrito (e.g., Alberto’s, Super Mex, Miguel’s). Have yet to find it 😭

Maybe salsa and beer?! Either way the food is bomb
its not quite what you’re looking for, but i like the bean-and-cheese burrito with mixed beans at poquito mas
Alberto’s style is pretty much everywhere except for the west side. Look for other names like Albert’s, albertacos, alerto’s, etc.
Not sure if there is one in the valley though.
Is there a Burritos La Palma in the valley?
Taqueria el Tapatio has a bomb bean and cheese burrito.
I usually go to Villanueva Mexican grill for their chile rellenos burrito which is bomb so I figure they might have a solid bean and cheese. As a kid I had them at tacos Reyes and carnitas Michoacán but idk if they’re up to par.
Taqueria El tapatio and Pico Pica Rico are good options, just had one from the latter for lunch today.
What characteristics define this type of burrito? I think that would help us narrow it down.
I’m now inspired. Imma drive to San Bernardino for Rosa Maria’s today
I have no idea what an Inland Empire-style bean and cheese burrito is.
Video looks almost like a bean n cheese at Tito’s
Benito’s
