I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ezov in East Austin, and it was truly a delightful experience. Named after the Hebrew word for hyssop, Ezov combines the vibrant markets of Tel Aviv with the flavors of Texas. From the moment I walked in, the cool and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a memorable culinary journey.

The menu at Ezov features a variety of small plates that showcase creative flavors and local sourcing. Highlights from my meal included the refreshing Crudo with kampachi, pistachio, and pomegranate, and the perfectly crispy Falafel with tahini and green schug. The Hummus elevated with grilled summer squash and toasted garlic was simply exceptional.

Ezov’s attention to detail and the harmonious blend of flavors in each dish impressed me greatly. The staff’s knowledge and passion for the cuisine enhanced the overall dining experience. With its cool and hip ambiance, Ezov provides a perfect setting for enjoying remarkable meals with friends or loved ones.

Someone link that other Ezov review lol.

Glad you enjoyed it, but seems to fit what most Austinites would expect.

I will say this. I do not enjoy cucumbers, but I had that dish in the picture a few weeks ago and it was awesome.

We just went there for the first time last night and LOVED IT. There wasn’t a single dish that we didn’t love. And the service was top-notch.
